Quicks sell Trufire releases There are two with handles like the Carter and swivel heads. Stalker 3 Finger ( RA 58) looks most likely to work like a Carter. You could try Lancaster Archery in USA to see what else is available then fiond out who sells them over here.

Rich I am looking to keep the release hook in-line with the D-loop and not twist it which is what my carter does a little.

You will only get a wrist release with a swivel head other than a hand held chappie boss

IMHO I would not wory about string twist, more importantly buy a release aid that feels comfortable in your hand. A release aid will not torque the string on a compound unless it has a realy high let off. I guess your bow will be the normal 65%, it will be fine. ![]() |

I agree with rgsphoto, you won't really notice a difference in groups between the two styles of release even though the swivel head sounds more effective from a mechanical standpoint. If your anchor point and hand position are consistant, a fixed head release aid will work fine, and if your anchor point and hand position aren't consistant, a swivel head release aid won't make a difference. It's worth taking some time to find a release aid that fits your hand comfortably and making sure the trigger is correctly adjusted to sit near the base of your thumb, this will give you a consistant hand position and the trigger location makes it hard to punch. As mentioned the only swivel head releases are the Tru ball and Tru fire, although the Fletcher thumb release looks like you can set the angle of the head then lock it in place......?
