Quick Tune 800 Arrow Rest By Nap, How Do I Adjust?

Hi Folks.

Does anyone know how to widen the fork gap, on a Quicktune 800 Arrowrest made by NAP, has the left fork keeps ripping off my #### Feather.

There are allen key slots on top of each fork, but they only allow twist adjustment of the forks, the only other adjustment, seems to be spring tension adjustment, for low, med, high, mine is set to medium.

Has the two forks are set in a solid one piece block of metal, there appears to be no adjustment, to widen the gap between the forks.,

Surely this cant be right, there must be some way, surely to widen the gap between the forks.

Any help would be very much appreciated, has it's driving me bonkers.
Cheers.
Tony.

I believe you widen the gaps by rotating the prongs using those Allen key bolts you mention.

Slacken them off...just, and turn each prong. As they're offset, the gap between them should become wider.

Failing that, throw the 2 prongs in the bin and use a tongue style rest

Have you tried shooting with the #### feather in the up position.

Can't you just turn the nock by 180°?

Have you tried setting the rest spring so the forks sit about 1/4" below the button with an arrow nocked. At full draw the rest will be at its top height and upon release the fletch will be well clear of the rest.

Take the "prongs" out and replace with a springy rest which fits over the holes and is bolted directly into them, the #### feather then sits upwards. Unless of course you are shooting broad heads and need the #### feather upside down!. If you are ripping fletchings off, increase the angle of the rest, you could be catching the bottom of it
