Rain on Lens

How do you keep your lenses on the sight dry in the rain? Do you cover it when not shooting between ends?

I have a small scope, and I have found that the top cap off some womens scent sprays fits just fine, and seeing as how the top is black it just suits my bow perfect, but one word of warning, as I discovered, take it off BEFORE you load the bow up, it sort of makes seeing the target kinda difficult

Beiter Weather Sheild

I use a Beiter weather shield in most rain, two if it is really bad and I always cover the string with a towel when not shooting to stop it splashing on to the glass when I do shoot

I also use a field stand so the scope is not facing the direction of the rain

spray can and deoderant can covers etc work very well when not shooting, but you can get rain on the lens while shooting hence the weather shields

Arc systems do a weather shield

Rain -X works on car windscreens. Any rain can be removed with a shake or just blow it off before you shoot. Test the liquid first if you have a plastic lens.

Have you ever seen those small snappy purse/wallet thingy's where you squeeze the edges to open them? Get one of those, preferable a synthetic one.
