Best scope for use with glasses

I wear glasses all the time and was wondering if anyone had experience shooting with glasses and which scope they had found best to use.

You would be best with something with lots of eye relief, which my Opticron Mighty Midget hasn't got even with the rubber eye cup folded back you will find your glasses make contact with the scope transferring dirt, rain and then have to straighten your glasses on your face.

What eye piece do you have fitted? Glasses wearers (which I am) need to use the HDF series long eye relief one's. The standard Opticron M2 eye pieces are not recommended for use with glasses.
My OMM with HDF eyepiece has never been a problem and my glasses have never made contact. For the money I thinks its a great little scope.

We knew that, just testing! 4-6x + tiny peep.

I wear glasses

I use a larger peep for indoors as you loose brightness with a small hole but 4-6x is about right, you can also get an optician to cut a scope lens for you with your perscription.

I just cannot be bothered to do this but other who have liked it until their perscription changed

I am a full-time glasses wearer and I've just started using a True Spot scope - the one with the small magnifiying bit in the middle of a plain glass surround. No circles, dots or cross hairs, just the confidence that if you can see it, you are aiming at it.

Early days yet, but my first impressions are very favourable. Not only is the lens of excellent quality, with an effective anti-glare coating, but I can do away with my left eye patch - which I've used for years - completely. Reactions seem to be a 'love it or hate it' with nothing in between, so see if you can give one a try.
