Just out of interest, why the new limbs? IIRC the quicks catalogue used to list limb prices.

My coach has recommended faster limbs in a while. But i love my riser so want to keep it. Also the bow was bought for my sister so the poundage is lower then i would like. At the moment the limbs are at there maximum 40lbs. I ould like some extra sppeed and so want 40-50lbs limbs.

Edit: I have seen the limbs listed in a quicks catolouge previously, but dont have that anymore. I cant find themon their website.

OK you need to take advice on this before you proceed. A limb change may not give you more power, the cams may need to be changed too, or perhaps the cables. I am no expert on Hoyt bows, but from past experience, radical changes such as this can often be more involved than it may seem.

The Hoyt Sieratec is no longer in production, however they are availble on the used market. It may be cheaper to buy another bow than buy new limbs and get the bow setup.

One of the reasons i was not buying a whole new bow is because the sieratec is no longer in production. I love this bow. I am not rushing into this puchase just investigating. I am happy with how the bow is working with me at the moment. I know of another sieratec with the uppgraded limbs which is for sale localy at the moment but this is also 30-40lbs. I would not be changing the limbs over night. I would be going back to where the bow was bought in JVD in Holland for advise and help about what options I have. If this involves a change of cams or cables thats fine. If this is not possible then I will have to decied if I will buy a new bow or stick with what I have.
