Imanaged to get the release to work. This is an early version. Still learning and hope to have a better one soon. It works like the Carter Evo but the jaw slides into the d-loop with little or no twist as the jaw is at right angles to the handle.

That was quick! I did use my hand as a release at one time;then I moved to compound. Photos are from my camcorder so they are unclear. They hide the mess of body filler.

You got that right. Notice there was only a skinny hand showing! Any more would have frightened the kids and pet gerbils.

I never thought of that. Line Cutter and I have met so I took it that he meant me as I am the shape of a lightweight racing snake!!
