worcester with compounds?

Do others shoot a worcester with a single face or with five faces? is it within the rules to shoot multiple face worcesters with a compound?(I can't see anything in the GNAS rule book that says no)
I don't shoot a portsmouth at a single face so why not?

I shoot ACCs at a single face, as i only have 5 shootable ACCs, and i dont mind damaging the last 5.

No-one makes multiple face worcester targets, and I seem to recall that this was discussed a while ago in Archery UK...

If you want faces to practice on that won't break arrows, get some NFAA five-spot blue faces, which are the same size dot (give or take)

I have some of the five spot faces.I have measured them and compared them to the worcester faces, but they are not quite the same.
Some of our recurve archers think I am making a fuss but I am running out of arrows!
The last full worcester round I shot was a 297 but I had to refletch all my arrows.
The very last one I did I destroyed two arrows mid-round and gave up.

I shoot them

I normally only shoot three spot to protect my arrows so I can see your point ......... but

I shoot worchesters with 3-39 ACC arrows not my fatboys, I do not care about the arrows I am using and take it as par for the course that arrows will need refletching.

I have managed the illusive 300 and still shoot them because it is mentally so hard to shoot a perfect score when the round itself should mean all compounds shoot 300 but it will cost arrows, I think as it is a more relaxed round that going to a five spot would make the round pointless as hitting a knock and having an arrow go in the 4 is part of the challenge.

Shot my first competitive Worcester today used my now old 2016's as I don't care to much about them (Iron Man Fodder As well ), to be honest at £37 for 8 platinums it is not such an issue anyway, lucky today 297 and only broke 1 nock, I would say I spread them about a bit on purpose but that is just my grouping .

Worcesters seem pretty popular at one of the clubs I frequent. Most of the people there have given up shooting X7's indoors as it's a miracle if all of them get away unscathed. Seen a robin hood and at least 6 dead nocks in the last 3 weeks, not to mention fletchings fore aft and center...
