Scope diameter & Lens Quality.

I have been looking at purchasing another compound scope with Fluorescent Center Pin to see if I like it or not, but have noticed in Target scopes there seem to be quite a few different lens diameters to choose from at the moment I have seen a range from 29mm right up to 42mm lenses, Now initially I was looking at the smallest I could get for the basic reason to give me more clearance to my arrows, is there an advantage to a larger lens is it the same as a Camera will it let in more light? or do you just see more of the target and stuff around the target if that is the case I suspect it may be distracting.

I have a basic petron scope at the moments and was thinking of going for another cheaper scope with a Flo Pin, there are a couple of Cartel Scopes with Different Diameter Lenses Cartel Triple 406 with 30mm and Cartel X-Pert with 42mm I could get that one to match my bow . What would be the benefit of spending another £50+ to get a Zeiss Lens or similar are there really any, not too bothered about image quality the way I shoot at the moment the target is out of focus and it does not really bother me.

Buy a Titan Scope.
The lenese are Hoya coated optics of the highest quality and yet are very cheap, only $45AUD for a new one, most of our customers own 2-3 spare lenes of different configs.
You can buy them from Urban or from Quicks.

I asked in another post sorry did not see this response but what decals dots rings etc do you use? also what size lens do you recommend.

Quicks Don't sell them with fiber optics, do you have these at your store? Could you PM me with a price inc post for scope Blue , 6x lens with fiber optic and some decal rings.

Just spotted the 3D scope that looks nice what is the relative advantage of a bigger lens and apeture? are there any advantages.

Beiter pins

If the scope has a 1mm whole in the lens or an attchment the beiter pins for the k lens fit, I bought a 42mm cartel x-pert scope and the pins fit that fine
