Helmets come with a vatriety of drop down filters. Would it be legal to have one with a built in groove for the string and a moulded in ledge for the anchor point?

Also, has anyone done the arithmetic to make sure that with a high velocity arrow it is not simply going to go right round and come back and shoot you (or the other archer in your detail) in the back of the head?

I think we need a GNAS risk assessment...

Surely there is a rocket scientist (or two) on this board that can answer that one

You could just attach a very fine line to the back of the arrow at a set length to stop it going to far. You'd have to make sure you were tied down else you might take off after it.....
Archery on the moon would be ace, there'd e plenty of cheese for a between ends snack

You don't need to go to the moon to do that.... I thought the US moon landing was on a sound stage in some Hollywood studio

Yes the studio moguls figured it would be a flop so they put it out as a documentary

Just done some testing. I dug out some left over fireworks, attached two rockets to the side of my head, put on my roller skates (to simulate low gravity) and tried your theory with the release aid......

Hmm...

How do you stableize your arrows in a vacume?

Rotating knocks and some form of spinner?

One thing for certain no fletchings will work.

at 1/6 graverty shooting distance could be interesting anyone for a 600m Luner?
and how about the 10 mile Luner Clout?
