Just to try to clear up a few points, ThePinkOne wrote

the final string although striped (if two colours) has no twist in it
I can't comment on TS Plus strings themselves as I have never seen one but all strings I have seen of this type are twisted, it is just that, in principle, the right-hand or 'Z' lay (ie twist) of one half the threads counteracts the left hand or 'S' lay of the other. Any string, rope cable etc made like this, including Mathews and, I assume, TS Plus strings, are called 'ZS' strings. 'ZS' is a centuries old standard maritime and engineering term, not a proprietory name.

The Matthews "Zebra" strings apparently do not move or rotate but I have not used them so cannot really comment.
I have used both Zebra and Barracuda strings – but not for any longer than I have to. In practice they are just standard off-the-shelf strings, and not very well made at that. Zebra strings share all the good and bad points of any 8125 string. Barracuda strings are the same, except they are made of 452 – you pays your money and you takes your choice.

ZS bowstrings work, in the sense that a properly made ZS string does not rotate when drawn, but then nor does a properly made, adequately twisted, string of any sort. In my opinion they are, like a lot of other things in archery as elsewhere, a solution for a problem that doesn't exist.

Winners Choice do not serve the end loops..
Unless they have changed very recently, their end loops are all served unless you specifically ask them not to.

I have heard it said that less than 5 twists or more than 20 twists and rotation will be consistent.
I don't know about 'less than 5 twists' but I wouldn't ever shoot with so few twists. I do know that having 20-ish twists makes it very tricky when it comes to peep sights. The answer is to have a lot more twists. I make my strings with 1 to 1.25 twists per inch. This comes to 120-ish twists in my Mathews Conquest string (103.25" final length) and about 70 twists for my UltraElite (54.5" final length). At this degree of twist there are no problems aligning the peep, and absolutely no rotation after the first dozen shots, except in extremely hot conditions, when any string will elongate slightly. Incidentally all the Winners Choice and Vapour Trail strings I have seen have had much the same degree of twisting, and they are rated by many as the best ready made strings on the market.
