| Indoor Arrows Hi guys I am looking to get some new arrows for indoor comps, thinking of the Easton Cobolts? can some one let me know if I am on the right track what size, pile weight and fletchings.      |

| Information required for arrow selection is Draw length(from nocking point to button hole plus 2 inches or so at full draw,measured) holding weight at fingers (recurve) or bow weight(measured) (for compound) + a few other things if you wanna get really detailed

| I use Platinum's 2315, with 180 Grain pro points. They are as good as anything else indoors, robust and if you damage one cheap to replace.

| Get the Cobalts but get them uncut so you can experiment with different lengths. I have the largest diameter that I could get and started off with 30" and 180grn Pro Points. I'm cutting some down to 28" and will try 200grn Pro Points over the next week os so. I'll also try 30" shaft with 200grns just so I've covered all eventualities. Experimenting is the key. |
