carter ITS springs

I am currently having great difficulty trying to locate a set of springs for a carter release which has the intechangable tension sytem or ITS as they call it.
Alternative have none in stock and wont have any more for a month or so,
Quicks tell me they don't keep the springs in stock as opening the case voids the warranty, a quick look through the on-line shop shows a lovely picture of the black box removed and a selection of springs(now there's product knowledge for you!!)
Have e-mailed bowsports...but they can take a while to respond....
Anybody know where I can get some?
My trigger is set so there is almost no movement but is so light that some recent film of me shooting I looked like I was punching harder than Naomi Cambell having a disagreement with a maid!

You can email Carter direct with your requirements. Email address:

contact@carterenterprises.com

I've ordered springs direct and they were delivered about a week later. $2 per spring as far as I remember.

Ring Carter Enterprises and ask to speak to Forrest Carter, he is very nice guy and extremely helpful and may either tell you who is carrying the springs you are after or he may send you a set.

Have you checked the trigger travel adjustment? Even with a heavy spring in you can get a hair-trigger if that's not spot on and it takes fine adjustment to get it right...
