Hi Adam, I wish the solution to TP was that simple. But I agree simple is a good thing. I'm not clear if you have ever suffered from the problem. It feels quite strange, kind of a giddy high when the sight ring hits the gold. I'm not going into all that as my intension was to advocate the usefullness of a BT release in helping with this. They really work as a release aid in there own right and have helped me to the point were I can continue to shoot. I can shoot a conventional release aid AFTER I have been shooting the BT release for a few weeks, then the problem creeps back. However I get better results with the BT release anyway. Release aids seem to be a very personal thing. Happy shooting Rich

I was just wondering...for people out there who use a BT release aid, how do you set them up?. Sensitive or quite a lot of travel. How do we set them up for optimal performance? Rich

i had a bad case off tp ! tha whole past outdoor season !! during the indoor season i switched to a bt release it took my a month i think and was shooting again a average off 565 on indoor rounds so i was very happy !! my points are still climbing !! the first couple off days i shot at 5 meters at the target to get used on the bt release ! that i find a good practice !!
