Great day, well attended. The organisers managed to get most of the cars onto the hard standing in front of the huts so there was no problem getting any cars off.

A bit muddy and plenty of rain but the sun came out for the awards. I went along to carry archery_mums bags, should have been shooting but hurt my arm at our club champs yesterday ..boo hoo...

It was really good to see such a large contingent of longbow archers, the most I have seen at a target shoot this year.

Wendy (Archery_mum) was a little pee'd off as she shot 2 under the GB record in the morning - the record status part of the shoot, then went and scored 4 over in the afternoon - the non-record status part, scoring 2 under maximum.

Also good to see such a large contingent of juniors and juniors shooting adult rounds.

Well done to Sherwood Archers for organising a very enjoyable day.
