Provisional Target List

I have just posted the provisional target list here - Friskney Bowmen - Target Lists

You will also see notes on the awarding of prizes as it is a memorial Junior shoot with an adult round added on. We also have a special half day Bristol V (distances) competition for some very young juniors shooting in their first competition. We are treating this as a competition within the main junior competition with its own medals.

What do you mean "elite" side of the field, I was further along than you Craig, so the lower numbers must have been for the geriatric once good shooters !!!

Seriously, we enjoyed ourselves, Sarah still has a 100% medal run. If you missed the shoot, well, you missed out on a good day

I'm looking forward to next year, when maybe I might have got some half decent form back.

Trevor, yes Mick was shooting well for someone who has not competed for 18 years. But if you have the raw, natural talent to win 1 world championship, 5 Europeans, you don't forget everything I guess. He is looking forward as well, to seeing what he can do when he gets some form back !!

Thanks to you all for a great day out. Hopefully see some of you at the field round next week.

Phil

it was one of the most enjoyable shoots for me personally for quite a while, although the wind was aweful and it was a bit of a challenge, Mick kept me laughing all day I hope Sarah, Mick and yourself won't be strangers and we would welcome you back to any of our shoots.

I know from what you had said and from Malcolm, Paul and Gladys's comments, how good Mick had been before he had his 18yr 'rest' .... yet he did not mention it once, playing down his skill and making fun of it.

The results are now up on the club website - Friskney Bowmen - Dennis Ingham Memorial

May see you at the EFAA

cheers

Trevor

From what Ive heard and saw I think you and Mick were in the right place on the elite side of the field and from what I saw of Sarah shooting I dont think it will be long before she is that side of the field with you .
