saturday 10am ?

are people bringing any 'communal' food / drink etc ?

should i find a hoyt sticker to put somewhere just so i dont get thrown out ?

Rob,

Official time was 11am for 11.30am sighters. I've not heard anything about a change of time for Lincs so best to double check with Craig.

for some reason (too much christmas cider over the last 2 days ? ) id got it into my head it was 10 - im much happier with 11 !

11 oclock mate I will be there earlier setting up (9.30-10.00) Not sure whats happening on the food front as we have been let down by the person who had volenteered to sort it shame they didnt tell me sooner I have to rush to the shops tomorrow and grab some stuff (soup,cake ect.) I have to speak to Trev and some of the others at the club tonight will P.M. you the outcome.

Good point, Craig, if anyone can get to the venues a bit earlier to help the organisers set up it would be greatly appreciated.

Sarah and myself will bring some cakes and stuff. If we get the chance we will see if the Thornton's shop in town has any cakes in tomorrow. Will aim to get there as early as possible to help set up if we can.
