East Midlands Archery Society AGM to be held on Saturday 24th March at the Admiral Rodney Pub, King Street, Soutwell Notts at 2.30.

This meeting will be preceded by a committee meeting which will commence at 11.00 am

Proposals for the AGM include:

resizing the teams (again) for the senior intercounties team tournament, in the event of a county host not being able to support the necessary 30 bosses.

a standing order to declare WRS or RS tournaments as abandoned in the event of less than one end being completed, otherwise, prizes to be awarded on the cumulative score at the conclusion of the last full end shot by the competitors, by instruction of the Judge. (GNAS Rule 306t)
