| I have similar problems with Beiter nocks in my NAV FMJ's. I put a bit of beeswax on the shaft of the nock, insert it back into the shaft of the arrow and all is well ![]() |

| Pritstick Plastic bag trick (push nock into arrowshaft through thin plastic carrier bag then tear off excess. Both work to improve nock fit. P.

| PTFE tape (hook a strip over the end - rather than wind it round the insert - and push the nock into the shaft) easily trimmed and cleaned up if you get any 'overspill' slainte rob

| A piece of dental floss or nocking thread inserted in the shaft, push in the nock and trim with a sharp blade. |

| Take a knife to the in-shaft bit of the G-nock and make a couple of small rough incisions... make it bumpy and will be tight as anything! |
