| ta all good links had searched on Quicks and couldn't find them so thanks. Had seen the ebay one but I am LH so that's a pity |

| Dilemma now On quicks they are selling their last few all left handed at £75. I know you aren't meant to spend any money early on but if I bought this handle it would last me a while wouldn't it and I can always hold off buying my limbs..... what do you think? |

| Everybody says the GM is a very good bow - after all, it won medals in it's heyday 25 years ago. And that's the point - it was 25 years ago. Old fashioned, no proper limb adjustment, and it looks like the murder weapon from an Agatha Christie novel. These days there a much better risers on the market for a first bow, which is precisely why Hoyt have discontinued it.

| The Hoyt GM is a good riser, but today's version is not the bow that won all the medal's 25 year's ago. For the money it isn't bad, but I do think there are better riser's out there (for similar money). Kae. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Okay - thanks all again. I'm never going to spend £250 on just a riser as much as I like to look of a Helix etc..... so what risers are good that can be used for beginners and a couple of years afterwards where the handle/riser will be less than £150. |
