Question Indoor Bosses

I did a search but could not find any postings on this.

The indoor season will start next month, what bosses does your club use?

We have been using a foam type with a replaceable cylindrical centre section. I think there were made by Danage. However, the replaceable centres are no longer avalable and when our current stock is shot out, we will have to think again.

Straw type (Egertec) are far too hard and difficult to withdraw arrows - particulary compound arrows.

So, what do you use? Whats good and bad about them?

Thanks,

Robin

If they are white and round they are probably Whitetails and we have some new centres on their way from the USA these are a new design and should last a lot longer see Perris Website for details Home Page

Layered foam targets.

All arrows stick into the targets, from low poundage to high poundage bows.

Thanks for the info Whitehart.
Our bosses are rectangular with two replaceable cylindrical centres.
I will certainly check out the Perris website.
