| I have cut alloys with plumbing tube cutters. With a junior hacksaw and wooden jig. With a Dremel and cut off wheel. I now use an arrow saw. Everything works but the arrow saw is really the best tool to use. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Most shops cut arrows to length so you could try phoning up your local shop and see if they will do it? I guess they would charge you though | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Easiest cheap option for cutting alis is a pipe cutter. Be careful though and take your time and all will be good. ![]() | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
