| Better to use a spray-on dry lubricant as this will not collect dirt (the propellant evaporates immediately, leaving a thin layer of dry PTFE or Teflon).

| The moving parts are fine...its just when moving the block up & down that its sticking. I'll try some wax tonight...thanks

| As Muryay has already said, only use a dry lubricant. Anything like oil, grease, or wax will attract dirt, acceletating wear. |
