| Beiter longrods are "factory set" and dont really need a lot of tuning.However, we tuned my wifes beiter rod by moving the one nearest to the top forwards and backwards in 1 inch increments and it worked! You need 5 or 6 paper plates marked 1-6 Shoot agroup of 6 arrows at plate 1at 40 yds.,move tuner1"forward and put plate 2 on the boss and repeat, do the same with plate 3. Then put plate 4 up and put tuner 1" below original mark and repeat until you have used all 6 plates. You should see a pattern in your groups, put the tuner to which ever mark has the tighter group. Easy!! |

| Ta LMP for your help. you get the Unfortunately Mine r plain old Blue. So I presume Tuning is needed. LOL .One Question . How do u tune the long rod??

| If you are sure you need to tune your longrod, follow Bald Eagle's advice. but remember with beiter longrods, the tuner blocks are a bit of a pain to move. all you need to do is remove/loosen the two covers (with allen bolts) on the tuner, then slide to wherever you need it. simple in theory.
