It's probably a set-up or somebody hasn't a clue how a bow should be strung and held. If that photograph is to be used for publicity then the people responsible need a good kick up the a***.

Yeah, the 35" arrow is a nice touch. Too bad about the armguard, though - a few more seconds and she's going to have a bruise to match that swimsuit.
