Has anyone tried a Fuse longrod???

Ok...so im looking to get new stabilizers...im shooting aluminium stabilizers at the moment and was looking to get carbon stabilizers. I was told by a friend in America that the fuse carbon longrod was the best carbon longrod he had shot.

My question is has anyone got a fuse longrod and how do they find it (shooting wise)?

BTW i was also looking at the new soma stabilizers, same question for the soma stabilizers...

Thanks,

Gemma

I know Bald Eagle uses them (Fuse, that is ) on his Bowtech and is very impressed with them.
I've just bought a Fuse Axium 6" and it use it as a side mount, it seems to do the job very well. Hope this may help.

Yes, I use a Fuze longrod and side stab. I've tried others and these work for me!

I see Quicks have the Fuse stabiliser in their new catalogue, it's certainly a strange looking thing .... (they also have the Soma stabilisers).

Not shot one but they have an assembled bow in Waterlooville with one on and, to me anyway it has a strange feel in the hand... quite heavy I thought compared to my HMC but this is just gut reaction... someone will now prove me wrong with data, of course.

I have just purchased a Fuse long rod because it is nice and heavy and really stabilises the bow (Bowtech Guardian) very nicely. Coupled with a Doinker adjustable v-bar (quite heavy for a v-bar) and Arten twins with heavy weights the bow sits very nicely with the centre of gravity around the grip.

It does look strange but on a Testarossa Guardian it looks the business (obviously looks come seconds to performance, but when you can have both its always a bonus )

I shot 2 dozen arrows at 70M with a fuse on after the FITA at the yorkshire's weekend... the set up was very heavy in my hand but the results were amazing.. 57, 59, 59, 58.

I haven't shot groups that well at 70M as far as I remember... but was it new toy syndrome?? I will be using a fuse from now on just to see what happens!
