Finger wrap?

What has she got on her fingers??
Is it some kind of glove or something like vetwrap?

*Thanks to Dean Alberga for the photo

From the picture it looks as though it could be some sort of self-adhesive bandage.

vetwrap would have been my guess, it's great stuff, though my preference is mefix or hyperfix, but they all do something similar

Not heard of the other two you mention, Claire, but a judge recommended vetwrap last week when she saw the state of my fingertips.

I think that's probably the most likely solution - fairly sturdy stuff and (I'd have thought) fairly simple to get hold of. I imagine it would do a good job at adding a little extra padding to those fingers if she is having problems with them.

Edit: They're just different types of dressin Clicki.

mefix and hyperfix are adhesive dressing tapes, but are flexible and soft. Can usually be found at your local pharmacy, though you normally need to ask. They are both similar, but not to be confused with micropore, which is a bit more rigid. Not fantastic in rain, as they can come unstuck, but not as thick as vetwrap... and I've found that if I use vetwrap on all 3 fingers, then they get stuck together
at bronte hereford various people took the mickey that I was putting it on before I started, but I finished a 12 dozen round with perfectly happy fingers and no pain... very important as I haven't built my callouses up yet...

Get yourself some surgical spirit for your kit too, clicki, it really does take the sting out of sore fingers
