Wink Easton Tracer Nocks

Anyone tried/seen in use the Easton Tracer Nocks?

Unfortunately they seem to only be available for "hunting arrows" (i.e. large aluminiums) and the only place I've found them sold so far is on eBay.com for $32 for a pack of 4...

Still, a few of these for the 30m starlight shoot would be nice...

Could be fun - but I hate to think what they would do to FOC!

Would it be legal to take a piece of an aluminium shaft, just long enough to accept the battery and nock, and fit it to a wooden arrow and call it a nock?

try the "lumenok" website, a few of us looked at these a couple of years ago,at the time they were only made for certain shaft sizes, have not looked on the website for a while so they may have added some more sizes.

Cakemeister (are you there, Pete?) had some a couple of years back. Not really the most visible of nocks, but didn't seem to interfere with his performance.

Didn't improve it either.
