Bow Vice

Looking for a UK dealer for the Apple Bow Vice for holding Compounds. Not their bow press but the small one called the "Infinitely Adjustable Bow Vice" for holding bow so it can be worked on. Has anyone any info where I can buy one here. It would be prohibitive in cost to buy from USA.

I believe both Merlin and Aardvark stock them - you'll probably have to give them a ring though as its not exactly a common item. If you can afford it, the Sureloc X-Press is the one recommended by most compounders as the best (and safest) possible bow press available.

I may be wrong, but I think the question is about bow vices for holding the bow vertically for alignment, etc., not about bow presses

The Archery Company - Bow Vice try this link, but for a far cheaper option, Merlin sell a vice that works fine.

Doh, that's probably true FW. If you're after one of those then The Archery Company stock them, but Aardvark and Merlin could probably get hold of one. Alternatively you could use the Beiter Rip Clutch to hold the bow vertically.
