Question Which Length Beiter Button?

Another search has failed to come up with info so it's back to swallowing the pride and asking straight out...

What length Beiter button should I be using on my Nxpert riser? I have searched the forum and the Beiter website and google but have no clear answers other than the Inno takes the smaller one.

Problem:
Bought a button from my local archery rip off merchant last summer for my birthday - about this time actually and asked him to fit it as it was a new thing to me. A wiser more educated me discovered (too late) that he sold me the longest version (21.5-27mm) and fitted it with a number of (5) washers to take up the slack and a thread that only just bites enough to hold the barrel in place.
Now in fairness it shoots ok but I want to be better. Plunger end is black and my poor arrows are free of most of the printed matter that tells me who made them and what size they are so button set up does need adjustment and whilst I can adjust the spring pressure mechanism (arrows move sideways to the right) I cannot shorten the ****ned thing cos I've run out of thread.

Solution:
Spend this years birthday money again and buy another new Beiter button from somewhere else. But what is the right size?
Any help appreciated as I really do not want to mess up twice- not on the same thing anyway

Julia,

Seeing as you're in Germany it should be relatively easy, (Beiter being a German company and all that) and cheaper than buying a complete new button, to by a shorter Thread Cylinder with an 11mm nut and change them over, they just unscrew. If you've already got a PL6527.0 with a 7mm nut (21.5-27.0) I assume the PL6521.5 or PL6523.0 should fit OK, and with a choice of two thicknesses of nut it should give you plenty of options for adjustment.

Thank you ... again

Gosh now how sensible is that? As I am off to investigate a new archery shop tomorrow I shall put them and my German to the test.

Dunno about archery Phil I would say a white horse and a suit of armour would be more in your line. Have some more &

Thank you also Mistake but I kind of like my Beiter one and I'm on a very steep learning curve just now

Talking Gosh what a difference

Result:
Visited new archery shop as planned and explained my button issue. Wilfred - lovely chap had a quick guddle around amongst his stuff and hey presto a shorter lightly used button appeared and we did a straight swap (didn't buy a thing!).
This guy deserves a plug - CS - Bogensport - Home

Wilfred speaks english and is very helpful. The website is a little thin but he will get what you want on talking to him and is prepared to negotiate a little on price.
