Talking Cool chest guards!!!

Hi.
I tried a search but couldn't find anything so here's my question.

Does any one know how to get pictures on a chest guard?
Ive seen a few people with cartoons and other designs on their chest guard but have no idea how/where they got them. Here are some examples of what I'm talking about:

It's relatively easy...
You take your favourite mesh chest guard and stitch on a picture. The pictures tend to be thin plastic folder covers cut to the right shape/size. You can use the chest guard itself as a rough pattern for the cutting.

I guess you could produce a custom picture, if you can find something like OHP film and print (colour laser?) onto it....
