| It's relatively easy... You take your favourite mesh chest guard and stitch on a picture. The pictures tend to be thin plastic folder covers cut to the right shape/size. You can use the chest guard itself as a rough pattern for the cutting. I guess you could produce a custom picture, if you can find something like OHP film and print (colour laser?) onto it....
