Having discussed this with my local archery shop I have reconsidered this one. I still feel the 2315 will fly OK, however I do have worries about the weight! I now feel a weaker spine arrow such as a 2012, 1914 x7's may be a better option cut to 27" long.

I know you may not get the linecutting effect that so many are keen to achieve, but at least the arrows will have a flatter arrow flight and do conform to the Easton spine charts and your 35lb bow.

It may be a good idea to buy a few shafts and try them before you commit to a full 12. Or even better, borrow some shafts of various spines.

Id try a 2312 if you are adamant you want 23's if you want my opinion, and dont go too long with it, maybe 3 inches past the rest max i would suggest.

An echo with a difference??

Ok then, have it straight.

You are crazy to want to shoot a 2315 from a 35lb 25"draw length bow.

No ambiguity, buy the correct spine until you can put them all in the big ten and then worry about line cutters.

Thanks fox

I can only say to anyone on this forum - please be straight with your answers!! If someone is asking for advice, getting duff answers is not good. Please answer accordingly and not just give the answer you think that person wants to hear. If we want to keep the forum as a real place for worthwhile advice, we need to be true in all answers - even if the truth is not something we might like to hear.

(and that goes for me too, as much as I may want ACE's, they are no good to me unless I up my poundage )

Well thanks for all your advice, i wont be buying 2315 at 30", but will go for something more for my bow as per the charts! Still will buy Colbolts though. Thanks again.

Oh all right then
I've been biting my tongue (or should that be keyboard)
But I'll have to share my honest opinion.
In an ideal world...
An indoor arrow should be...

Just short of 18 meters long

Point of aim anyone?

Sarah, contrary to what some people are telling you "you can go too stiff a spine with compounds"

18-16`s @ 28" would be perfect for your setup. Unfortunately all the sizes in the Cobalt range are too stiff, but you might just get away with the 19-14`s @30"

If it was me i`d go for X7`s or Platinum plus. in the correct size.
