| It is the highlight of my beginners' courses when I dole out the shoelaces and explain how to turn them into a sling. Worth every penny, especially when you get a parent trying to explain to small child how it's done. I once had a particularly demonstrative father who stood behind his son, leaning over his shoulder and demonstrating what to do while the son followed the instructions. Granny knots do not come into it! Had to cut them apart.

| Finger Slings Don't buy them from the archery shops. Make them. You can buy 50 metres of guy rope from http://www.towsure.com/ for £4.25. This makes approximately 175 finger slings. Use 6mm windscreen washer tubing from your local car accessory shop for the center and sliding bits. You could always stock up on tubing and buy 10M of said tube from somewhere like http://www.aruncas.com/subcat39.htm (costs £5.86) and 10M will make ????....lots! ps It's easy!! | |||||||||||||

| £4.25+£5.86=£10.11 thats a lot of dosh for one sling, do you use a new one each week? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
