Easton Nibb Points of different lengths?

I recently placed an order of some arrow components from Merlin Archery. Service was incredible but upon close inspection of the points, some of them appear to be shorter than the others(about 5mm).

I ordered these points for 2114 size platinum plus arrows. I would just like to know if this will affect arrow flight. Is this normal with Easton arrow components? It's my first time building my own arrows. Any advise would be much appreciated, thanks.

There has been changes made to Easton Nibb points of the last few years.
What you have is *old stock* together with *new stock*. I would imagine that there will be a difference but shooting bare shaft would prove that.

I trust that isn't a good thing. Thanks for the information, I'll get in touch with merlin archery and see what can be done.

I had a 1 arrow that would always go lower, orderd 12 new points, upon removal of old point, found it to be a lot longer and a diffrent weight.
It does make a huge diffrence.

I wasn't actually fishing..but a double word play...*pointing* you in the right direction..and considering the *points* were the problem..I though quite clever....Oh well..I'll keep quiet next time.

Thanks to Allvyn though.
