Where do you look when you've lost something?

Im at a complete loss as to where to look next. Last week I tucked a roll of notes into a leather glove on the dressing table hoping to go buy a new set and a half of arrows this week coming.
I know that I moved it - tucked it somewhere else less obvious.

Turned the whole room over, checked my kit, every pocket, every hidey hole.

Four hundred nicker down -and more to the point no new arrows!

How do you go about finding things that you've hidden - so that no-one will find them?

I bought a dozen beman shafts for my eldest daughter last summer, meaning to fletch them up sometime. Been looking in the workshop and garage for the tube with them in since easter.

On the plus side, I had to get the wedding suit out 3 weeks ago and found a £20 note in the pocket. Not worn that suit since last year.

I am sorry but I have two of most things simply because I lost the first one and didn't find it until I bought the second. The book shelves are one place and the fridge is another, putting the shopping away I have tryed to put toilet rolls in the fridge and stand there with puzzled look on my face when the big multi pack don't fit. I am with stu on this I don't have money lying around either, so don't come round my house looking for money in my fridge or book shelves.

Ask the house spirits nicely and leave them a stiff drink out over night and they may decide to find it for you,

I usually look in the wrong place, that's why I never find what I'm looking for.

You could have a party I suppose and the one who finds it pays for the drinks.

Anyway it gets worse as the years pass by.
Today I went into a shop and got carried away with the bargains.
Got home and realised I'd forgot the Super-Glue for my tackle box.

Best Wishes everyone From ???? WHO am I

I think it's an age thing! I can be in the middle of doing a job, or anything, put something down, and completely forget where I put it!

You could try losing something else.... I only ever seem to find things when I'm looking for something entirely different!
