Well, I thought it was all perfectly normal. Kids will wave their arms around when they're bored.
Seriously though, the teacher seemed quite happy to have the session on video.
That must be a cause for great concern.

Watched without sound..... but poor cub scouts, I do wonder how long it was before they got to actually shoot an arrow. I would have halved the number on the line and with all those adults hanging about would have had one to one tution.
