| Archery at Lords Cricket Ground - 6 Aug Anyone know anything more about this? Looks like a follow up after the World Cup. 3-way competition between GB v India v China. Shame its on a weekday, as they wont exactly get many people in to watch it.

| I'll be there! I'm down for doing the commentating. I'll be heading up to London directly after the World Cup in Dover. It is hoped there will be a significant amount of supporters from each of the three nations, with the Chinese and Indian embassies contacting their nationals to tell them about it. It's looking like it could be good fun. Iain.

| Don't quote me on this but I believe it will be a three-a-side, round-robin competition, with those archers who competed at the World Cup event in Dover going along. Not sure who from the UK is competing though, as there are 6 archers from each division shooting Dover... |

| Someone at my club has tickets, apparently 120 each for one day! I love archery, but they can kiss my you-know-what if they expect me to pay that much to see it. Maybe he's in that cool stand/box capsule thing, who knows. EDIT: Oh, wait, that's for the olympics. My Bad.

| Yes, your bad! In fact, the article says: "There will be free ground admission for this historic event, which has been warmly welcomed by both London 2012 and archery's international governing body - FITA."  I might be able to take the morning off - I think I will wait to see what the weather forecast holds nearer the time... |

| I'll be there! That's about three miles from my front door! I note the competition will take place between 10.00 and 12.00. What are they going to shoot? At our club it takes that long to shoot a Portsmouth!
