I like the picture of the *High Tech* arrows shown in the target (and out of it) under the heading Olympic archery. if that is the prescribed standard of Olympic Archery, then we all have a chance for 2012.

Well done everyone.

While you were busy slagging the blog entry off, I politely put the guy right and plugged the World cup event at Dover.

I didn't plug AIUK, the blogs author may have seen this thread and thought that archers were a bunch of p*** taking w****** that didn't need their sport promoting....

Good for you Big Bloke. Well done for putting things right. Spec they sent the new boy to write the article and that he would know less than me about archery.
I'm with PorlyP and can't see the problem myself but I am willing to learn. Lets face it any promotional coverage of archery has to be a good thing - doesn't it?

Well, aren’t you a marvel? I emailed him as well of course and equally politely asked him if he’d mind amending the caption. Glad to see we both had such an effect!

Bit of an over reaction Big Bloke. Perhaps you should take heed of your own stricture, “When I want your opinion, I'll give it to you...”

Was that before or after you created a cynically titled thread inviting people to comment on the errors in the article?
