I think the simple answer to your question is

HOW LONG IS A PIECE OF STRING!!


The fact is even if the exact same carrier is used from the same town in the USA, if customs pick up one of them that can add weeks to delivery.
If customs do not pick it up then air is normally upto about 10 days max and surface can be 6 weeks again all plus upto who knows what for customs.

My quickest delivery was 3 days

My longest well over 3 months thanks to customs ( they were both air not surface as well).

It really varies - myself and another member of my club both ordered stuff from a particular supplier in states. His two orders both took just over a week. MIne took five weeks and three weeks.

So go figure on that
