| This has happened to us, a quick call to your local county coaching organiser, should get it sorted. Are you in Sports Coach UK? if you are covered through them, I see no problem.

| When GNAS sort it out you will be send a new sticker for your card with a new Coach expiry date. By that I don't think you're meant to expire ![]()

I like the phrase "when they sort it out". The paperwork should have been with me 3 months before the expiry. I got it 5 weeks before. I flew round, filled it in and sent it back within days and that was nearly 9 weeks ago now. Wonder what would have happened if I'd have sent my paperwork in 9 weeks late? At the end of the day, I want a valid coaches certificate. I paid my money. I did the course. I passed the exams. I even jumped through hoops colllecting club card points - sorry, CPD points (several hundred by my renewal) to be told that CPD wasnt required for coaches so I think I am entitled to at least have a valid certificate. I can't believe that my certificate was a one off print run.Mind you, the level1's in my club are still waiting for their certificates too and they passed in September. Actually, thats not true. They're not waiting. They've forgotten all about it by now. Nice to know that GNAS are consistant if nothing else. Rubbish at processing memberships and rubbish at coaching certificates.

| My certificate dated 02/11/07 was posted 19th Feb 08. My assessment was in August ( I know the paperwork was not done until the coaches conference). My new sticker was in with the certificate.
