Local club tournaments shoots

I have been searching web for tournaments and fun shoots, but cant find any
Looked on GNAS, LANCASHIRE archery site, is there any clubs out there that are doing some fun events for the summer ? or thinking of doing any, would be really good to see clubs organising some thing for the summer.

..... and North Wales if it isn't too far away.... Corus Easter shoot, Welsh Whit Western, Anglesey American, North Wales FITA/York Hereford (August), Croesoswallt Silver Dollar (Double American in September). Why not venture over the border? Most of these are just the other side of Chester.

The Lancashire site doesn't give a full 2008 calendar, for whatever reason. But the 2007 calendar may give you some idea of what shoots are on where:
LAA News Items

Many Lancashire shoots for the summer are listed on the Mayflower archers site:
http://www.freewebs.com/mayflowerarc...nt%20Diary.htm

Since you're in that Manchester place, you might also want to keep an eye on the Cheshire site:
Cheshire Archery Association Official Website
