first tourny

Just spent a month finding and upgrading all my equipment ready for my first tourny.(Crystal Palace) I'll have it all by the end of the week, which leaves me about 3 weeks to tune, get sight marks etc

Anyway,i was sitting here yesterday, very pleased with the kit i,ve managed to get hold of,when it suddenely dawned on me.I GOT NO TROUSERS!!!!!!!!I,ve been searching forums and the internet now basically for 24 hours and i havent found anything yet that doesnt make me look like a porter or a removal man.

I,ve decided that i cant/wont do polyester, and i dont fancy the Asda look,so what i'm looking for,is either white tracksuit/shellsuit bottoms or dark green jeans.I had a pair of dark green levi 501's a couple of years ago which were exactly the right shade of green, but i cant find them anywhere to buy

Can anyone please point me in the right direction

as a rule of thumb, it takes between 8 and 75 times the length of time to clothe yourself in archery legal gear...as it does to tune a bow and get sightmarks !!!
Play safe- go with white for everything and forget how you look- concentrate on how you shoot- white is easy to get hold of.
Sorry if this hasn't been much help.

Check if your club has registered colours, we have which means i have the option of black trousers instead of white or green.
Black is much easier to get hold of and in my opinion looks better too
If not then Quicks The Archery Specialists - For Bows and Arrows has the right shade of green trousers so no complaints hopefully

try shops like T K MAX or SOCCER SPORT for shellsuit/tracksuit bottoms in white. If they have them not only do you get decent quality like Addidas ,Nike,Reebok etc but the price is really good as well.

For white trousers also try cricket supply shops.

I have bought most of my clothing for archery from T.K.MAX includoing Timberlandwhite tops for less than a tenner and branded white shell bottoms again less than a tenner.
