If an arrow has been released that is intended to compete with the X10 then (in my opinion) the Koreans are right to at least test them. If they want to have every base covered in terms of what the best equipment for their archers then they are right to be testing different arrows.

Please watch the personal comments people. We all have our faults and we've all posted a bit heavy handed on here from time to time.

Trevor - please leave the public slagging here, you've made your point. Feel free to carry it on in private with gtek by pm.... thank you.

Fair enough If gtek has any issue with what I have said I am more than happy for him to pm or email me. I will refrain from posting anything further regarding gtek.

Thanks Trevor - and if you can get George to come back and post a retraction, then perhaps that will nicely close the thread

I don't know if they do. They just told me they were happy with the results so far. I think you need to look at the way the Koreans seem keen on using Korean made equipment and the Government run Korean Institute of Sports Science is mandated to test and promote Korean manufactured equipment.

I think individual archers need to shoot the nano pro themselves to see if it gives them the edge over X10's. As Whiteheart has pointed out, a 1 or 2 point advantage at the top level could equal 10 or 20 points to a lower level archer.

In fairness, I'm willing to be there would be a huge increase in sales of the Nano if the Koreans used them and did well in Beijing.

You are probably correct, however in all fairness I would not knock the X10 or protour. They obviously perform exceptionally well for the majority of archers. As you know Wendy is one of those who prefers to use Nano's as she has proven to herself that they work better for her than X10's. In practice she is putting in 684 and higher 70m's with the Nano Pro.

I shoot the X10 and have had very little problem with them, but I can say that the nano is much tougher.
