| GNAS subs up The GNAS has published its new subscription costs: http://www.gnas.org/nlstory.cfm?ID=13610&NLID=40831 Quote: <HR> Following the Society's AGM on Saturday, 23rd April 2005 the fees listed below have been agreed for the membership year commencing 1st October 2005:- Direct Member Senior £38.00 Direct Member Junior £38.00 Overseas Direct Member £50.00 Club Member Senior £30.00 Club Member Junior £17.00 University Club (en-bloc) £75.00 Junior Club (en-bloc) £50.00 School Club (en-bloc) £ 40.00 A.A.S.Club (en-bloc) £40.00 Clubs For Archers With Disabilities £0.00 For new members joining on or after the 1st May there is a once off concession. i.e. a member joining on or after May 1st will pay at the rate decided at the AGM in the month before, but will make no more payments until October 1st of the following year - pays 1st May 2005, £30.00 (Senior Club Member) next payment due 1st October 2006

| RE: GNAS subs up This was passed at the AGM under a ballot (rather than a show of hands), which meant that clubs with representatives at the meeting had one vote per member. It got a substantial majority. Still cheap compared with most other sports NGBs (I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong). But it would have been nice if it had been accompanied by projections. |
