RE: GNAS subs up

This was passed at the AGM under a ballot (rather than a show of hands), which meant that clubs with representatives at the meeting had one vote per member. It got a substantial majority. Still cheap compared with most other sports NGBs (I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong). But it would have been nice if it had been accompanied by projections.
