The idea of increasing the fees can go on forever, especially when most of us claim that we don't see it.
But without disturbing the hornets nest, the reason that I would agree to the increased fee, is to put the extra money to one side, so if the occasion ever arose where Legal Assistance was needed in the buisness of Child Abuse,
Coaches / Archers / All members would have the backing while innocent.

I would also go as far as saying it should be done independently to GNAS.
