When I was looking where to buy my 900CX limbs (so a fair amount of kit) I emailed BowSports to see if they had stock. No reply after a week. So I phoned them, and asked what their in-store price was, as I only knew their online price. They said they didn't know, as they'd just changed their prices and one of their collegues had taken then new price list. I asked them to email me a quote. Got nothing back from them.
I ended up spending the £300 at Quicks. If they're that slow in their handling of emails (which ain't exactly a new form of communication) I simply can't be bothered with them!
