| ..... and when you have to I suggest large doses of ibuprofen and caffine, which for me at least appear to cancel the symptoms to the degree that I shoot above my average. Of course I do then nearly collapse on the way up the hill to my house.... Hope you feel better soon Cakemeister!

| The rule of thumb for exercising when ill is that it's OK if you're symptoms are from the neck up (head cold). If they're from the neck down (chest cold, pneumonia) or you have a fever, you shouldn't do it. Drinks lots of fluids, stay warm and rest, Cakey!!! Feel better soon, dear.

| i did go once with flu to a shoot because it whas an important shoot but i shot like **** so i stayd better in bet i will never do this again !!! |
