| Having the certification wouldn't make me buy or not buy from you- I doubt you will get £900 extra profit from having their secure shopping icon on your site. Most (if not all) archers in the UK would know you to be honest traders and the thing I always look for when buying stuff over the internet is a nice https page and no dodgy pop-ups / pop-unders .... |

| It wouldn't influence me, because there's a limit to how hard they can test the site (without your agreement) and stay within the law. I look at the business itself. Perris has an excellent reputation, so that's what I'd go on. Otherwise, the only thing that might improve my confidence in a site is knowing that they use a reputable third-party system for collecting the card details, such as Barclays ePDQ CPI. Mind you...can't help thinking that if people are actually paying for these certificates, I could make a few bob by selling them myself... ![]() |

| McAfee have obviously just reached "Archery" on their list of sites to target their salespeople at. I was in another shop yesterday and McAfee had just called them... £900 seems an awful lot to me for the fact they will probably do almost nothing. Certainly wouldn't push me towards or away from any acrhery online retailer |

| No interest to me. It's a money making scam. £900 a year to get to use their logo? I think not... chancing gits.

| Do they give you a list as to what their criteria is based on, it could as far as you know, be your name taken out of the phone book, by some one calling them selves Mcfee.Take care |

| I would agree that certification would make no difference in me buying or not buying from you. |

| It certainly wouldn't influence me. When I buy online it's because I know the company or I have knowledge from others who do. What logos their site is dressed up with is completely irrelevant. Testing the site? Exactly how do they do that, pray tell? Call me cynical if you like, but do you know that this nice lady actually works for MacaFee? It wouldn't surprise me at all to discover that this is yet another internet scam designed to part people from their hard-earned money. Bottom line is - I wouldn't bother. But if I was going to, I'd check it out carefully first.

| Given every poor experiences I've had with McAfee products, it wouldn't make the blindest bit of difference to me, and I doubt it would make any difference to anyone else.

| I'm not a McAfee fan either and their logo wouldn't really reassure me - I have to use their virus scan due to University, but its appalling. |
