| It is not essential to get it signed by a Judge, it does however need to be signed by the tournament organiser. If the shoot was record status, they will have the paperwork as part of the record status booklet, otherwise, the form will have to be obtained from the GNAS office. The info is in Shooting Administrative Procedures chapter 6 which you can download from the GNAS web site. |

| You wont be able to claim for a Windsor anyway. You have to shoot six golds at either 100/80Y, or 90/70M as a gent. 80/60Y, 70/60M as a lady. EDIT: You might find this useful: GNAS Target Awards | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I am going through the same thing and found this : 1. Six Gold Badge (a) The Six Gold End Badge is for six consecutive arrows shot at one end into the gold zone during competition at a meeting organised by the Society or any of its associated bodies or in competition at an associated club Target Day, under GNAS Rules of Shooting. It is not claimable on sighters but it is not necessary for the round to be completed. The Badge depicts a stylised target face with 6 arrows in the gold zone over a label inscribed “SIX GOLDS”. Additional lettering indicates the badges for compound (d) The shortest distances at which the Badge can be claimed are: IMPERIAL MEASUREMENTS METRIC MEASUREMENTS Gentlemen 80 yards 70 metres Seniors (e) (i) Claims for the Badge must be submitted to GNAS on the appropriate claim form. (ii) If the Six Gold End is made at a tournament the Tournament Organiser must sign the claim form. (iii) If the Six Gold End is made at an associated club Target Day the Club Secretary must sign the claim form. The only thing I can't find is a copy of the claim form. |

| any club, county, regional secretary should have the yellow 6 gold end claim form. remember if your claiming a 6 gold end it is best to have score sheet signed by a judge at an open tourny, or a club official at a club tourny. the score sheet needs to be sent off with the form. pete refering to the thread starter ,sorry you are not eligible for a windsor pete |

| Not sure if it used to be this way. If so it does not appear to be so now. You do not need to send the score sheet first up, however GNAS can come back and ask for the score sheet to be sent. For 6-gold ends shot on a club target day the forms asks that the club secretary signs. For ones shot in tournament it asks that the tournament organiser signs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The reason for that is all claim forms are different colours ie: six gold end claim form is on yelow paper, hence the reason for no PDF versions of the claim forms. As far as i am aware unless your club secatary has copies of all the claim forms then you need to get in touch with GNAS direct stating which form you require.
