I've checked the bow over but can't find anything loose that might cause the noise. | Something like this is quite common with Hoyt compounds, it's usually the plastic bobbins that the cable anchors to on the axel either side of the limb rubbing against the limb, it doesn't usually cause any harm but can be cured by getting some sort of lube between the bobbin and the limb, be careful to use something that will not attack the limbs.
