Positive Psychology on Radio Scotand

I happened to catch an interesting program this afternoon, sat in the car while the other half went into Homebase, called School for Genius where a mindreader Drew McAndrew talks about the value to a sportsperson of having a positive frame of mind and body.

The whole program is interesting and entertaining but if you want the sports psycholgy bit its about 10 minutes in.
